Contracts Manager

Location : Loyang

Responsibilities

The Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing commercial and contractual aspects related to the main contract and subcontracts, managing any commercial and contractual risk relating to the project.

- Provides contractual advisory and support from the commercial perspective to the project through all stages:construction, subcontracting, completion and handover.

- Proactively engages in continuous improvement and review of existing processes, systems and policies that may support the project’s contract management and administration.

- Identifies, assesses and manage /advise on contractual risk

- Manages contractual claims, disputes, settlements and resolution

- Possesses interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders, thinks strategically and critically, exercising judgement after consideration for all aspects.

- Possesses analytical andproblem-solving skills.

Requirements:

- Degree in the Built Environment or related fields.

- Must be conversant and have in-depth knowledge of PSSCOC. Familiarity with SIA, REDAS, and NEC would be an advantage.

- Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in contract negotiation, administration and management.

- Must have worked in Singapore for at least 5 years.

- A high level of integrity and dependability, with a strong sense of urgency and a result-oriented approach
