About the Role
The successful candidate will handle control room operations, client enquiries, GPS tracker setup, platform updates, and emergency responses.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client enquiries and provide support.
- Set up GPS trackers and update tracking platforms.
- Maintain and update the company's database.
- Liaise with business partners.
- Respond to emergency cases.
- Provide general IT and computer support.
Requirements
- HND or BSc in Science, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Good computer and IT skills.
- Ability to read and interpret Google Maps.
- Excellent communication skills.
