Designs and implements industrial automation and control systems (DCS, SIS, fire & gas) for oil & gas, petrochemicals, utilities, and renewable energy clients. Day to day involves working with platforms like DeltaV, Yokogawa, PI, and GE Mark VI, interpreting P&IDs, and performing FAT, commissioning, and site support.

About the Role
INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking an experienced Control System Engineer to design and implement industrial automation solutions for industries including oil and gas, petrochemicals, utilities, and renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement control system hardware, including DCS, SIS, and Fire and Gas Systems.
- Work with platforms such as DeltaV DCS, Yokogawa, PI, and GE Mark VI.
- Apply relevant industrial standards throughout project phases.
- Interpret instrumentation requirements, P&IDs, functional specifications, cause-and-effect diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Perform system testing, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), commissioning, and startup activities.
- Support site services and ensure reliable control system operations.
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for technical documentation and reporting.
- Communicate technical information clearly to clients and project teams.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of relevant industrial automation or control systems experience.
- Hands-on experience with 2–3 PLC platforms, such as Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley), Siemens, and Schneider Electric.
- Experience with 1–2 DCS platforms, including DeltaV, Yokogawa, or GE Mark VI.
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation, field instruments, control valves, and calibration.
- Basic understanding of electrical and solar power systems and their integration.
- Previous site services experience.
- Willingness to travel and stay on-site for extended periods as required.
