Control Systems Specialist

Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
  • Strong training and documentation skills
  • Analytical and structured mindset
  • Autonomous with a strong team spirit
  • Organised with good prioritisation skills
  • Curious and interested in technology
  • Experience in a critical operational environment, ideally
  • Experience with emergency response or operational management systems is a plus
  • SQL knowledge is a plus, or willingness to learn
  • Good knowledge of Windows environments, or willingness to learn
Responsibilities:
  • Act as the key interface between our customers, technical teams, and product team, providing functional support and incident management
  • Design and deliver training sessions remotely and on-site
  • Adapt training content to different user profiles
  • Produce user guides and procedures
  • Analyse and qualify functional incidents
  • Identify root causes and propose appropriate solutions
  • Support users in resolving issues
  • Assist users in configuring the solution to their specific needs
  • Identify recurring issues
  • Propose product and process improvements
