Controller(高级内控专员)

一、工作职责 Main Responsibilities

• 支持全球产品成本核算、盈利能力分析及业务报告。

• 跟进RFQs、报价及核心销售机会，确保内部协调及时高效。

• 为BU管理层准备营收、利润及业务表现分析报告。

• 协调销售、研发、采购、财务及运营部门间的跨职能活动。

• 支持BU会议、行动跟踪及战略举措。

• Support global product cost calculation, profitability analysis and business reporting.

• Follow up RFQs, quotations and key sales opportunities, ensuring timely internal coordination.

• Prepare revenue, margin and business performance analyses for BU management.

• Coordinate cross-functional activities among Sales, R&D, Purchasing, Finance and Operations.

• Support BU meetings, action tracking and strategic initiatives.

二、相关要求 Key Qualifications

• 具备5年以上业务分析、管控、销售运营或项目管理相关工作经验。

• 本科及以上学历，商科、金融、工程或相关专业的学士学位。

• 具备出色的分析能力，熟练掌握Excel及Power BI。

• 具备国际化环境下良好的沟通与协调能力。

• 英语流利，德语加分；有汽车行业从业经验者优先。

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, controlling, sales operations or project management.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related fields.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Power BI.

• Good communication and coordination skills in an international environment.

• Fluent English, German is also prefered; automotive industry experience is preferred.
