Responsibilities
- Analysis of sales performance (revenue, pricing, product mix, margins and customer performance)
- Supporting monthly closing, reporting and plan-vs-actual analyses
- Contributing to annual business planning and forecasting
- Cost analysis and identification of optimisation opportunities
- Preparation and financial control of CAPEX plans
- Cost and risk analysis of investment projects, including final cost forecasting
- Supporting CAPEX approval processes, project closures and investment accounting
- Preparation of monthly management reports, KPIs and decision-support analyses
- Liaising with the German and Austrian headquarters and coordinating data reporting
- Providing financial support to project managers and business functions
- Cooperating with Sales, Procurement, Finance and Technical teams

Requirements
- University or college degree in Economics, Finance or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in controlling, financial analysis or business planning
- Confident, active command of English, both written and spoken
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and cause-and-effect thinking skills, combined with a systematic approach
- Ability to work independently, accurately and responsibly
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to independently coordinate tasks involving multiple organisational functions
- Ability to present financial results and relationships in a clear and understandable manner
