Controller- Maternity Leave Replacement

Elmo Motion Control is seeking a Controller- Maternity Leave Replacement to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for financial reporting, forecasting, closing processes, and financial analysis, working closely with management, subsidiaries, and external accountants.

• Prepare annual financial forecasts and monthly reporting packages for the parent company.
• Support monthly and annual closing processes and prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Consolidate and reconcile intercompany balances and monitor transfer pricing across subsidiaries.
• Prepare management reports and financial analyses to support business decisions.
• Lead the annual statutory audit process with external auditors.
• Review financial statements and reporting packages of subsidiaries.
• Prepare and submit required statistical reports to the Central Bureau of Statistics.
• Collaborate with external accountants on accounting matters.

Requirements

• CPA certification – required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience, including internship – mandatory.
• Previous experience as a Financial Controller in a business organization – mandatory.
• Previous experience at a Big 4 accounting firm – mandatory.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience with ERP and accounting systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
