Conversational AI Consultant/Developer with German

- Excellent knowledge of at least one major CAI platform (Kore.ai, Copilot Studio, Dialogflow, Parloa, Cognigy, Zowie)
- Experience in business requirements analysis and process design
- Experience working with conversational AI, voice AI, or chatbot technologies, including platforms such as Cognigy, ElevenLabs, or Zowie
- Proper communication and escalation skills
- Good command of English and Polish languages
- German language proficiency at a minimum B2 level
- Enthusiastic, proactive attitude and strong ownership mindset
Nice to have:
- Experience with advanced prompt engineering and LLM orchestration
- Familiarity with TTS and voice AI solutions
- Knowledge of integrations via REST APIs and webhook-based architectures
- Experience working in agile environments
