We are looking for a Conversational AI / Voice AI Engineer to join an international project focused on building and scaling enterprise-grade voice and conversational AI solutions. This role is ideal for engineers with hands-on experience in voicebots, contact center automation, and modern GenAI technologies.
Parloa experience is a strong priority for this position.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Conversational AI, Voice AI, chatbots, or voicebots.
- Commercial experience with Parloa / Parloa AMP is highly preferred.
- Alternatively, solid experience with platforms such as Cognigy, Dialogflow, IBM Watson Assistant, or Rasa.
- Good understanding of NLU, NLP, dialogue management, and GenAI/LLM concepts.
- Experience working in contact center, telephony, or voice automation environments.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with Python and/or JavaScript (Node.js).
- Ability to work independently in an international environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience delivering AI solutions in regulated industries.
- Experience with multilingual conversational platforms.
- German and/or Spanish language skills.
