The Role

We’re hiring a full-time Converting Machine Operator to run narrow-web flexo and digital finishing equipment producing pressure-sensitive labels and shrink sleeves for wine & spirits, health & beauty, and food & beverage brands.

This is skilled work with visible impact. You’ll handle your own make-readies, own quality on your runs, and have a direct line to the supervisor and scheduler when something needs to change.

Location note: This position is based at our Mason, OH facility (8467 Duke Blvd) — roughly 21 miles and a 25-30 minute drive straight up I-71 from downtown Cincinnati. Free on-site parking, no downtown traffic, and no garage fees.
