COO Head of Operations
You will oversee the daily operations of Kraken’s European E-money Institution, develop operational strategies, manage regulatory compliance and operational risks, oversee outsourcing and fraud functions, supervise technology and security, improve customer service, support strategic initiatives, and engage with senior stakeholders and the board.

- Ensure compliance with EMI and PSR requirements
- Maintain internal controls

- Propose and execute board strategies
Requirements
- Eligible to work in Ireland or willing to relocate to Ireland
- 15+ years of operational leadership experience
- Experience in financial services or crypto-asset industry
- Understanding of EMI, PSRs, and European regulatory frameworks
