Cook 3 - Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa

Duties Include:
- Maintain organized, well-stocked salad, fryer, grill, and pizza stations throughout service
- Complete daily prep work and rotate ingredients properly to maintain freshness and minimize waste
- Prepare and cook food to the appropriate temperatures and established quality standards
- Keep workstations sanitized and cooking equipment clean throughout each shift
- Arrive on time and be ready to contribute to a smooth, efficient kitchen operation
- Maintain a clean, organized work area while keeping pace with service demands

Schedule: 3:00pm - 10:00pm

Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, proper cooking temperatures, and safe knife skills
- The ability to maintain kitchen equipment and perform routine tasks, including changing fryer oil
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- A dependable, punctual, and responsible approach to work, including wearing the required uniform and maintaining a professional appearance
- A team-oriented mindset and willingness to support coworkers and keep kitchen operations running smoothly
