Cook 6:00am-2:00pm - Temporary Position (Kindred Place at Annville)

Kindred Place at Annville, an senior living community, is seeking a reliable cook to join our team for a temporary, three-month assignment with qualified candidates eligible for consideration for future openings based on community needs.

The 6:00am to 2:00pm Cook position is within our independent-living retirement apartment community. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing meals for large groups, the flexibility to adapt to a variety of situations, and the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers. Equally important is a genuine respect for the individuals we serve, including a willingness to list to and accommodate their preferences and desires whenever possible. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, capable of working independently, and have a heart for supporting our seniors.

The schedule for this position includes an every-other weekend requirement; weekend shifts include an additional $2.00/hour differential, as well. The Cook reports to the Director of Dining Services.
