Cook - Cafe Kitchen

Description

French Truck Coffee is a family-owned specialty coffee company based in New Orleans, built on a simple idea: great coffee, great food, and great hospitality. What started with roasting coffee in a laundry room and delivering beans in a little yellow truck has grown into cafés and roasteries across the South—but our focus has remained the same: quality, freshness, and caring for people.

At French Truck, our kitchens play a major role in the guest experience. We believe food should be prepared with the same level of consistency, care, and attention to detail as our coffee.

Being a Cook at French Truck is a fast-paced kitchen role where timing, organization, cleanliness, and consistency matter every shift. We are looking for people who take pride in executing food to a high standard, move with urgency during service, and want to be part of a team that values professionalism, accountability, and craftsmanship.
