Responsibilities:

Cook:

• Prepare and cook food according to standard recipes and company requirements.

• Ensure food quality, taste, portion, and presentation are consistent.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen.

• Prepare ingredients, store food properly, and monitor stock to minimise wastage.

• Follow kitchen SOPs and safety procedures while supporting daily kitchen operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Cook or similar role is preferred.

• Experience from steakhouse/Western Cuisine will be an advantage but not necessary.

• Able to work Overtime (OT) or Rotating Shift when required.
