Mt. San Antonio Gardens, a nationally recognized, not-for-profit Life Care Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), is seeking an experienced Cook to join our Dining Services team!

Serving approximately 500 residents across independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing, Mt. San Antonio Gardens is committed to providing quality dining experiences that enhance the lives of our residents.

Position Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to established menus, recipes, and production standards.
• Assist with high-volume food preparation in a fast-paced, commercial kitchen environment.
• Follow established food safety, sanitation, and safe food-handling procedures.
• Support the dining program in providing residents with a positive, high-quality dining experience.

Qualifications:

• Current ServSafe certification required.
• Minimum of two years of food service cooking experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience with high-volume food preparation in a commercial kitchen.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining food quality and safety standards.
• Strong teamwork skills, reliability, and a commitment to excellent service.
