Cook - Crowne Plaza Asheville

We’re looking for a reliable, skilled PM Cook to join our kitchen team for the afternoon and evening shifts. You’ll be working in a full-service hotel kitchen that supports our Overlook restaurant, banquets, and in-room dining, with the chance to cook solid, consistent food for guests and groups in a beautiful Asheville setting.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare and cook menu items, banquet plates, and specials during the PM shift
• Maintain station organization, cleanliness, and food safety standards
• Work with the team to execute service smoothly and on time
• Help with prep, plating, and any needed support across the kitchen
