About the role

🍽️👨‍🍳 At Eurofirms, we are looking for a Cook to provide support in a school in Mataró! 🏫✨

What you'll do

🔹 What will your duties be? 🍴🥗

✅ Preparation and making of the daily menus for the school dining room.

✅ Preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes following established guidelines.

✅ Temperature control, preservation, and storage of food.

✅ Organization and planning of kitchen tasks.

✅ Basic management and control of product and raw material stock.

✅ Reception and placement of goods.

✅ Cleaning and maintenance of utensils, machinery, and work areas. 🧼✨

✅ Compliance with hygiene, food safety, and HACCP regulations. 👨‍🍳

✅ Among other tasks specific to the position.

What we're looking for

✔️ Previous experience as a cook, preferably in catering, school dining rooms, or restaurants.

✔️ Availability for immediate start. ⚡

✔️ Availability to work on specific services and individual days. 📅

✔️ Responsible, organized, autonomous person with the ability to work in a team. 🤝

✔️ Correct spoken and written Catalan and Spanish.

Nice to have

✔️ Food handler's certificate is valued. 🥬🍎

• Food handling course is valued.
• Training in cooking is valued.
• Experience in school dining rooms, catering, or traditional cooking is valued.

Education & certifications

• ESO or equivalent.

Languages

Fluent in Catalan and Spanish, both spoken and written.
