Pyramid Healthcare is a nationally recognized leader in behavioral healthcare. Our Concord, MA location serves adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders, and we are currently looking for full-time and part-time Cooks to join our team.
We understand that schedules are important, which is why we are open to working with qualified candidates to explore scheduling options that best fit their availability and our operational needs. In this vital role, you will support our clients’ recovery journeys by preparing and providing nutritious, well-prepared meals in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Position Details:
- Employment Options: Full-time and Part-time opportunities available
- Schedule: Flexible scheduling options available based on candidate availability and program needs, including a variety of shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Starting Pay: $19–$22 per hour, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and serve meals in accordance with dietary standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines during all food handling processes
- Complete required documentation, including food and equipment temperature logs
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Assist with the proper receiving, rotating, and storage of food and supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
- Previous food service or cooking experience preferred
- ServSafe Certification preferred; training may be available
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail
- Team-oriented with a commitment to supporting client wellness
