About the role

At Grupo Casaverde, we highlight the high involvement of our staff as an essential value, with our greatest concern being to improve the quality of life of our users. The objective of the cook position at Grupo Casaverde will be to carry out gastronomic and culinary preparations in accordance with the recipes indicated by the Nutrition, Quality, and Medical Departments, employing the techniques, quality, and quantity of ingredients required in the technical sheets for each dish.

What you'll do

• Strictly comply with established protocols and procedures.
• Organize and make good use of the materials, tools, and equipment necessary for daily work.
• Organize and supervise the tasks of the kitchen assistants.
• Prepare the established breakfast, lunch, and dinner services, complying with the requirements, work procedures, and current legislation regarding hygiene and work practices.
• Prepare dishes with rigor based on their technical data sheets, taking into account the declared allergens.
• Prepare the different diets based on the indications established by the relevant Departments.
• Plate food based on the standards established by the Quality Department.
• Prepare and organize raw materials in the defrosting process following the established procedure

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position within the healthcare sector.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and food handling.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and high-pressure environment.
• Communication and teamwork skills.
