About the role

H10 Hotels needs to hire a Cook to work at our hotel H10 Croma Málaga.

What you'll do

The functions to be carried out will be:

• Qualified, autonomous, and responsible preparation, seasoning, and presentation of dishes.
• Collaborate in ordering and preserving raw materials and products used in the Kitchen.
• Prepare, cook, and present culinary products.
• Collaborate in the setup, service, and takedown of buffets.
• Check and control kitchen equipment, reporting any issues.
• Control and care for the preservation and use of products at your disposal.
• Prepare food for banquet services, according to received notification.
• At the end of the service, perform the corresponding cleaning of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment.
• Completion of APPCC and Quality records.
• Collaborate in the planning of menus and menus.
• Collaborate in the management of costs and inventories, as well as in purchases.
• Apply inventory rotation techniques.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in the position or similar is required.
• Availability for full-time work.
• Substitution contract.
• Languages: Fluent Spanish.
