We are looking to hire a cook for our Aromata restaurant

What you'll do

• Preparation and presentation of dishes according to restaurant standards.
• Management of their station (hot, cold, pastry, etc.).
• Stock control and ordering in coordination with the head chef.
• Compliance with hygiene and sanitary regulations (HACCP).
• Maintenance of order, cleanliness, and product preservation.
• Collaboration with the kitchen team in common tasks.
• Other tasks inherent to the position.

What we're looking for

• Training in cooking or gastronomy (intermediate/higher degree or equivalent studies).

• 1 to 3 years of previous experience in gastronomic restaurants, fine dining, or establishments with high quality standards.

• Mastery of culinary techniques, including mise en place, cuts and food handling, cooking control, precise plating, and product preservation and utilization, among others.

• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety (HACCP).

• Ability to work under pressure, maintaining speed, precision, and quality during service.

• Teamwork, good communication, and willingness to follow instructions from the chef and station managers.

• Attention to detail.

• Attitude of continuous learning, discipline, punctuality, and commitment to excellence.
