Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation: Cut, chop, marinate, and prep ingredients according to daily prep lists and recipes.
Cooking & Plating: Prepare and cook menu items on time during service hours, ensuring correct taste, temperature, and presentation.
Kitchen Station Operation: Operate kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, stoves, ovens) safely and properly.
Food Safety & Hygiene: Practice good personal hygiene and maintain proper food storage (FIFO - First In, First Out) to prevent food contamination.
Station Cleaning: Keep food prep tables, cooking gear, and work areas clean and sanitized throughout the shift.
Stock Assistance: Help receive daily food deliveries, check for freshness, and report low inventory to the Kitchen Supervisor.

Working Period
Mon to Sun - 6 days - Full Time ( up to S$3300/ mth )
