About the role

At Servigroup Hoteles, we are selecting COOKS for our Hotel Servigroup Pueblo Benidorm 3*, located in Benidorm, ( Alicante). The selected candidates will play a key role in contributing to the satisfaction of our customers.

What you'll do

Prepare food for service according to the daily menu.

Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff

Respond to, report to, and follow the instructions of the station chef and the head chef.

Check and control kitchen equipment, reporting any issues.

Store inventory properly

Ensure that food is served simultaneously, in a timely manner, and is of high quality

Collaborate in the setup, service, and takedown of buffets.

Comply with nutritional and health regulations and safety standards

Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

What we're looking for

Demonstrable experience in cooking, (Minimum experience of 1 year) in a similar position as a cook or kitchen assistant

Precision and speed to execute assigned tasks

Communication

Order and cleanliness

Clear customer orientation

Teamwork.
