Cook II

Aqua Bay Bar & Grill is looking for an experienced Cook II to turn out high-quality food in our fast-paced, open-air poolside kitchen. You’ll follow our recipes and food safety standards to the letter while helping create a guest experience that goes beyond expectations. This role requires a minimum of two years of prior cook experience in a full-service restaurant or hotel setting, along with full availability to be scheduled based on business need.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Cooking up great food on the grill, fryer, and flat top
• Following recipes so every guest gets that “wow, this is great” first bite
• Keeping your station clean, stocked, and ready for the next ticket
• Making sure food safety and sanitation standards are followed every shift
• Keeping the pace up and the quality high, especially when the rush hits

What We’re Looking For

• Previous cook experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen, with grill experience a plus
• A team player who brings great energy and a positive attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and high-occupancy periods
