Job Summary

Join TORITEN as a Kitchen Crew Cook to prepare and cook Japanese fusion dishes, manage supplies, and maintain a clean workstation in a fast-paced environment at Novena.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients daily by cutting, cooking, and cleaning to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Cook dishes using frying pan, fryer, and combi oven to meet quality and taste standards
• Manage and monitor supplies to maintain adequate stock levels for uninterrupted service
• Prepare all products efficiently for quick replenishment during service hours
• Close and clean the workstation thoroughly to maintain hygiene and readiness for the next day

Other Information

• Work schedule: 5 days per week including weekends
• Sales incentives available
• Salary for full-time: up to $2600
