POSITION OVERVIEW

• Job Title: Part-Time Cook

• Location: Quincy, FL 32351 – Gadsden County

• Employment Status: Part-Time

• Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

• Classification: Non-Exempt

• Reports To: Kitchen Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and cook nutritious meals, including therapeutic and special dietary meals.

• Serve meals to clients while ensuring proper portions and dietary requirements.

• Follow established menus, recipes, and food preparation guidelines.

• Accurately label meal trays according to individual dietary needs.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment.

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.

• Monitor and document food and equipment temperatures.

• Assist with purchasing, receiving, and inventory management.

• Support menu planning and daily food production.

• Complete assigned cleaning duties and sanitation records.

• Secure kitchen storage areas and equipment as required.

• Deliver meals to designated facilities and programs as assigned.

• Assist with additional kitchen duties to support daily operations.
