High Point Residence Quincy is looking for a dependable, motivated, and passionate Cook to join our dietary team!

Our dining team plays an important role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our residents. We are seeking someone who takes pride in preparing delicious, nutritious meals while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen.

Position Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook nutritious, appetizing meals according to established menus and recipes.

• Accommodate residents' dietary needs, restrictions, and preferences.

• Ensure meals are prepared and served in a timely manner.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines.

• Assist with food preparation, storage, inventory, and kitchen organization.

• Work collaboratively with dietary staff and community leadership.

• Assist with special events, holiday meals, and resident celebrations.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience preferred.

• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or a similar food service setting is a plus.

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

• Ability to follow recipes, menus, and dietary instructions.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Dependable, positive, and committed to providing quality meals and service.

• Availability to work daytime hours, every other weekend, and holidays as needed.
