About the role

We are looking to hire Cooks for our Tierra Astur restaurant in Oviedo. If you want to be part of a dynamic team, in a work environment with rhythm, tradition, and passion for the products of our land, we want to meet you!

What you'll do

Preparation and plating of the traditional gastronomic proposal, station control, management of the mise en place, maintenance of hygiene and food safety standards, and agile coordination with the pass to guarantee the kitchen rhythm.

Proven previous experience in similar positions (we especially value the management of high workloads).
