Cook

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our kitchen team in Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety. You will work closely with the head chef and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, season, and cook dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
  

• Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner, maintaining high presentation standards.
  

• Monitor food stock levels, inspect ingredient quality, and assist with inventory management.
  

• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation, including kitchen equipment, utensils, and storage areas.
  

• Comply strictly with all local health, safety, and hygiene regulations (HACCP standards).
  

• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
  

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven professional experience working as a Cook in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment.
  

• Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and kitchen procedures.
  

• Ability to work efficiently and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  

• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a diverse team.
  

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  

• Culinary certification or formal training in culinary arts is preferred.
  

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
