Responsibilities

As a Cook in our vibrant senior living environment, you will:

• Prepare nutritious, flavorful meals daily that accommodate diverse dietary needs and preferences.

• Collaborate with the culinary team on thoughtful menu preparation featuring seasonal ingredients.

• Maintain the highest standards of food safety and sanitation at all times.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety guidelines in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Foster a welcoming and safe dining experience for residents and team members alike.

• Contribute to the positive dining experience that helps define our senior living community.

Schedule: Full-time, rotating shifts:

• 11:15 AM – 7:15 PM

• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Every other weekend required

• Earn a weekend differential premium

Qualifications

To be successful in the Cook role, candidates should have:

• At least 1 year of experience as a cook, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting.

• Experience with menu preparation, portion control, and dietary accommodations.

• A strong working knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation requirements.

• The ability to work well in a collaborative kitchen environment with a team-focused attitude.
