Cook (with Disability Certificate)

About the role

Our client in the city of Palencia, dedicated to the hospitality sector, needs to add a Cook to their staff. The functions to be developed are:

What you'll do

- Order and cleanliness of the workstation.

- Preparation of menu dishes and events.

- Coordinating work with the rest of the colleagues and Kitchen Assistants.

- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.

- Preparation and making of dishes following recipes and quality standards.

- Organizing and maintaining their work area clean and stocked.

- Controlling the freshness and correct preservation of food.

- Coordinating cooking times to ensure fluid service.

- Complying with hygiene and food safety regulations.

- Collaborating with the rest of the kitchen team and, when necessary, supporting menu planning and inventory management to guarantee efficient service operation.

What we're looking for

• Offer exclusively aimed at people with a disability certificate of 33% or higher.
• Previous experience in a similar position.
• We are looking for a proactive person, with leadership and motivation for cooking.

Nice to have

• Residence near the workplace is valued.

Education & certifications

• Vocational Training in Cooking.
