Cooperate Social Responsibility Manager

• Developing and implementing comprehensive CSR strategies that align with the company’s mission, values and business objectives
  
• Ensure supplier compliance with social, environmental, and ethical sourcing standards
  
• Develop sustainability strategies, initiatives including waste reduction, eco-friendly materials
  
• Oversee worker welfare programs and ensure fair labor practices.
  
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards and best practices in corporate social responsibility.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive CSR improvements and risk management.
  
• Prepare CSR reports and maintain transparency in sustainability efforts.
  

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as a CSR Manager, Sustainability Manager, with minimum 10 years in CSR or sustainability in toys, textiles, or garment
  
• Strong knowledge ofCSR principles, frameworks and best practices, social compliance audits, labor laws, and supplier management.
  
• Familiarity with global toy safety and sustainability certifications.
  
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
  
• Willingness to travel frequently to vendor locations.
  
• Fluent in English
