The Coordinator 2 - CTE Finance & Currie. Procurement provides financial and operational support for Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs, with a primary focus on CTE curriculum and Industry-Based Certification (IBC) purchasing. This position reports to the CTM of CTE & Perkins Grant and plays a key role in ensuring campuses have the resources, certifications, and support needed to deliver high-quality CTE, programming. The Coordinator 2 coordinates the procurement of CTE curriculum materials, instructional resources, IBCs, testing, and other CTE-related goods and services. The Coordinator 2 also monitors CTE teacher staffing changes across campuses and supports related budget and position updates. This position
maintains accurate financial and purchasing records, tracks orders and expenditures, supports budget monitoring and reconciliation, and provides guidance to campuses and central office staff regarding purchasing processes, allowable expenditures, and the appropriate use of CTE funds. The Coordinator 2 works collaboratively with CTE staff, campus leaders, vendors, and district departments to ensure CTE resources are efficiently and effectively utilized.
