We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will connect marketing, sales, and delivery into one coherent system — someone equally comfortable with structured thinking and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities:
— Support CMO/CSO on Value Proposition development and ICP research
— Assist with win/loss analysis and basic customer research
— Update and structure website content (WordPress, hands-on)
— Coordinate SEO tasks and collaborate with designers and developers
— Help sync outbound (LinkedIn), inbound (content), and delivery insights
— Support the BDR team with messaging and content improvements
— Apply AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) daily for research, writing, and analysis

Requirements:
— experience in marketing, digital, or growth roles (B2B or SaaS)
— Basic understanding of B2B marketing and sales funnels
— Strong communication skills and English at intermediate+ level
— Proactive mindset with ability to navigate ambiguous tasks
— Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on

Nice to have:
— Experience in an IT, agency, or consulting environment
— Familiarity with LinkedIn outbound or BDR workflows
— Basic SEO knowledge
— Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
