Coordinator job descriptions

Responsibilities

Install glass, wooden, and plastic doors and windows with sealant to ensure secure fitting
Fabricate and install aluminium window frames accurately according to specifications
Perform ducting installation for ventilation and air conditioning systems
Install electrical fixtures including lights, fan points, and power sockets safely and to code
Install and paint PVC cable trunking to protect and organize electrical cables
Install electrical wiring in buildings following architectural and technical drawings
Install various air conditioning systems including window, split type, central, fresh air, and square/round ducting systems
Install, test, and commission cooling water pipes to ensure proper operation
Perform painting tasks to finish surfaces as required
Clean motors, pumps, and working areas to maintain safety and efficiency
Conduct work at height safely following safety protocols
Pull cables on site during renovations and new installations to ensure connectivity
Execute renovation work including removal of ducting and sanitary materials as instructed
Work flexible hours including Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and night shifts as required
Read and interpret architectural and technical soft drawings and communicate instructions clearly to workers
Use MS Office and Outlook to manage coordination tasks and communication
Maintain physical fitness to work indoors/outdoors at considerable heights on construction sites in Singapore

Required competencies and certifications

Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating construction, mechanical technician, electrician, or related construction work
Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (mandatory for site access)
Ability to work long hours on construction sites, including night shifts
Ability to read architectural and technical drawings and translate instructions to workers
GEC "A" or Polytechnic Diploma pass (engineering)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Other Information

Must be physically fit to work at heights and in various site conditions across Singapore
Must be available to work on weekends and public holidays if required
