As Coordinator, Business Operations, you will play an important role in our daily operations, taking ownership of operational processes, transport coordination, and stakeholder communication. You will work closely with teams in Finland, Denmark and Hungary, and play a key role in keeping our processes efficient and compliant.
Your main responsibilities include:
Handling operational tasks and documentation, ensuring timely follow-up and accuracy.
Coordinating weekly transport arrangements and ensuring that all shipment requirements are met.
Responding to customer and stakeholder inquiries and resolving issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Supporting batch release activities and other regulatory compliance processes.
Coordinating quality-related activities, including the handling of product complaints.
Providing operational support to the Finnish Business Development team and collaborating with colleagues across the Nordic and global organization as needed.
Fuel for your success in the role
We are looking for a structured and reliable team player with a proactive approach and strong attention to detail. Experience in operations, logistics, or coordinating with customers and business partners is an advantage, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Native-level Finnish and fluent English, both written and spoken.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Willingness to learn and take ownership of key processes.
A team-oriented, reliable, and solution-focused approach.
Availability to work 25 or 30 hours per week.
