Coordinator, Business Support - Health and Wellness Non-Store Operations
- Maintains documentation of all issues by following archival or destruction policy for each document; developing weekly, monthly, and annual archive files; and staying up-to-date with all legal, corporate, and contact center record retention guidelines and policies.
- Provides project support by maintaining and influencing project schedules and budgets; monitoring project risks and budgets; ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations; communicating project strategy as required; and driving milestone objectives.
- Provides standard and ad hoc reports of issues and volume; running reports using system tools; performing analysis of issues and issue volume; identifying trends and potential solutions for issues across business units; analyzing root causes and resolution process; and providing feedback on trends or improvements to key stakeholders.
- Responds to external agencies to mitigate risks to the company by identifying and including all information relevant to the issue and action or resolution; creating documentation of issues and solutions; submitting documentation to external agencies; and building relationships with external agency contacts.
- Supports different departments by identifying, collecting, validating, and formatting data; identifying and escalating risks and concerns; summarizing data for reports and presentations; creating and maintaining reports, reporting tools, and templates; and maintaining information security and confidentiality.
- Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
- Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.
- Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.

- Microsoft Office, Operations, retail, project management, or related area
