Coordinator, Corporate Investigations

Coordinates corporate investigations by managing case intake, documentation, and communication with HR and Legal using a case management system.
The Corporate Investigations Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for the Corporate Investigations Team (CIT). This Knoxville, TN Onsite position serves as a key point of coordination for investigation intake, case assignment and management, documentation administration, and communication with Legal, Human Resources, and other business partners.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage confidential information, and committed to delivering exceptional service to team members and stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the CIT
- Create, assign, and track cases for multiple departments
- Monitor and manage multiple team email inboxes
- Create and maintain cases within the Navex case management system
- Respond to inquiries and provide timely, professional communication
- Conduct initial case triage, gathering relevant information through phone calls, emails, and documentation review
- Coordinate with specialists and business partners to support timely resolution of team members and guest concerns
- Maintain internal team alignment records and communicate updates to external vendors as needed
- Assist with planning and coordinating new hire orientation, annual team meetings, and other departmental events
- Compile and organize documentation requests related to employee relations matters, EEOC inquiries, Department of Labor requests, litigation holds, and other investigation-related matters
- Arrange travel, conference, and meeting logistics for team members
- Support a culture of integrity, professionalism, and outstanding service
- Perform other duties as assigned

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one year of experience in an administrative, office support, legal support, human resources, or related environment preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- This position requires candidates to be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience working with case management systems
- Experience coordinating meetings, travel, and department events
