Coordinator, Creative Strategy – APAC (ex-India)

The Creative Strategy team was established to support Creative Excellence across APAC (ex-India), helping our Content teams bring great content to our members. We partner with teams across Korea, Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Taiwan, and Australia, responding to the unique creative ambitions, opportunities, and needs of each market.
Responsibilities
• Track and coordinate Creative Strategy's active projects, title engagements, and regional initiatives across APAC (ex-India), maintaining clear visibility into stakeholders, status, timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and next steps, while proactively surfacing gaps or potential delays
• Translate the team's priorities, ideas, and commitments into clear actions and projects, driving coordinated execution and sustained follow-through across markets
• Coordinate scheduling, communications, and information flow across Creative Strategy, local Content teams, cross-functional partners, and global teams, preparing agendas, presentations, and briefs that clearly capture context, decisions, and next steps
• Develop and maintain practical systems and trackers that bring structure and visibility to the team's portfolio of work and enable effective regional and global–APAC collaboration
• Track relevant internal slates, new releases, competitive activity, and partner developments across APAC, and compile the information and research to support team projects and regional initiatives
• Build trusted working relationships across markets and functions, developing a strong understanding of different priorities, stakeholders, and ways of working to help the team operate effectively across APAC
Requirements
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in project coordination, program management, operations, or a similarly complex, cross-functional, and cross-market role, with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, timelines, and shifting priorities without losing sight of important details
• The ability to bring structure to ambiguity and establish practical ways of working in a lean, newly established team, where processes and priorities will continue to evolve
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work thoughtfully across different teams, markets, and cultures
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to organize complex information and translate it into useful updates, materials, and next steps
• Sound judgment, discretion, and reliability when handling confidential, sensitive, and unreleased creative information
• Comfort working across APAC time zones and traveling regionally on occasion
• Fluency in English is a must, with the confidence to communicate and coordinate across regional and global teams
Preferred
• Media or entertainment experience is not required, but a genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for content and storytelling are encouraged, including interest in how creative work is developed and executed across different markets and formats
• Fluency in Japanese or Korean is strongly preferred, while proficiency in another APAC language would also be an advantage
