Are you passionate about supporting the justice involved population, and making a real difference in their lives? EAC Network, a leading not-for-profit social service agency dedicated to helping over 80,000 people through 120 impactful programs across Long Island and NYC, is looking for a dedicated full time Coordinator to join our Nassau County Problem Solving Court Case Management and Recovery Support Services Program!
Wage: $70,000/year
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM
Location: 99 Main Street Room L88 in Hempstead, NY
What drives the core purpose of this job:
The Coordinator is responsible for overseeing program operations, including the collection and recording of data, statistical reporting, and the supervision of assigned staff.
What are the key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating daily operations of the program.
- Train, schedule and supervise interns, volunteers and assigned staff.
- Administer baseline and follow up SUPRT surveys and other project instruments.
- Compile monthly and quarterly reports and track completion and submission of data as required by contracts.
- Coordinate client interviews, intakes, scheduling and case follow-up.
- Act as a liaison with program evaluator and project partners concerning data collection and updates.
- Maintain and update client files as needed and oversee on and offsite storage files.
- Reconcile program OMNY cards with accuracy.
- Coordinate site visits.
- Perform all other relevant duties as determined by Supervision and EAC NETWORK Administration.
What key knowledge, skills, and abilities are required to excel in this role:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
- Minimum of two years of relevant office experience.
- Must have data collection, data entry and/or evaluation experience.
- Must be proficient in computer applications or other automated systems such as spreadsheets, Microsoft Office applications, calendar, and email and/or database software necessary to perform work assignments.
- Must have pleasant phone manner, good communication skills, both oral and written as well as the ability to work cooperatively with treatment providers and court personnel.
