COORDINATOR PAYROLL SYSTEMS III

The Coordinator of Payroll Systems III requires someone that is detail oriented, with technical skills, critical thinking and the ability to analyze data while also working very closely with each payroll processing team member and department representatives across campus. Responsibilities involve but are not limited to

1. performing tax analysis for tax treaty benefits
2. Ensuring salary adjustments are calculated correctly
3. FICA monitoring for students.
4. Accurate analysis of reports and processes payroll adjustments based upon that review as necessary.
5. Ensures proper record keeping and accuracy in every aspect of duties.
6. Performs other duties as assigned

Ideal candidate will have prior payroll experience, accounting knowledge and skilled in excel v-lookup.

Annual Salary Range\: $46,530.00 - $47,925.96
