Coordinator, Point of Sale Data Management
Summary
Coordinates and manages POS data, menu content, and promotional materials for multiple QSR brands while liaising between field teams, leadership, and brand partners.
The purpose of this job is to connect field management, senior leadership, legal, and brands by acting as a liaison for communications, site development procedures, and loyalty program inquiries.
- Coordinate and manage digital menu boards, pricing, menu content, merchandising materials, promotional displays, and catalog updates across multiple QSR brands, ensuring brand standards and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with brand partners, marketing teams, store operations, legal departments, and senior leadership to support site development initiatives, promotional campaigns, communications, and business objectives.
- Administer and maintain restaurant technology platforms and business systems, including menu management portals, POS item mapping, Olo, STIBO, WeConnect, PFJ360, SBOnet, and related applications.
- Analyze operational, loyalty, financial, training, customer feedback (VOC), and restaurant performance data; prepare reports, audits, evaluations, and recommendations for leadership.
- Manage account administration, invoice processing, payment reconciliations, sales and deposit reporting, system updates, and issue resolution through ServiceNow and other support channels.
- Coordinate business meetings, conferences, and cross-functional projects while providing backup support for critical business processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and applicable procedures while modeling behaviors that deliver exceptional support to guests and team members.
- Demonstrate flexibility in collaborating across cross-functional teams, adapting to evolving priorities, and driving projects to successful completion in a dynamic business environment.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate required
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, communications, marketing, or merchandising preferred
- Minimum one year marketing, merchandising, or hospitality management
- Experience required; Pilot Flying J experience preferred
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, advanced Excel
- Basic knowledge of financial reporting
