The person advises executive clients, leads discovery workshops and architecture sessions, and oversees deployment, governance, and optimization of production AI solutions.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Copilot Studio Architect-Microsoft Services Consulting based in United States.

This is a senior, hands-on architecture role focused on designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
You’ll help organizations identify high-value AI opportunities and turn them into secure, scalable, production-ready solutions.
The role spans Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, and enterprise integrations.
You’ll act as a trusted technical advisor to executive stakeholders while leading discovery workshops and architecture sessions.
Your work will shape governance, security, data grounding, orchestration, evaluation, and lifecycle strategies for enterprise AI.
You’ll also guide implementation teams through deployment, optimization, adoption, and continuous improvement.
The environment is fully remote, collaborative, consulting-driven, and designed for experienced technology leaders who enjoy solving complex client challenges.

Accountabilities

  • AI & Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end enterprise copilot solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, creating scalable conversational, integration, data, and orchestration architectures aligned with client objectives.
  • Azure AI Architecture: Leverage Azure AI Foundry for model selection, evaluation, orchestration, grounding, and AI lifecycle management while establishing reusable frameworks for multi-copilot environments.
  • Enterprise Integration: Architect integrations across Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, Power Automate, and enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, and ITSM platforms.
  • Data & API Strategy: Design secure API, connector, and data-grounding approaches using both structured and unstructured information, supported by Azure services such as Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and Storage.
  • Security & Governance: Define governance models covering environments, DLP policies, permissions, lifecycle management, monitoring, logging, telemetry, and AI evaluation while ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identity & Access: Develop authentication and authorization strategies using Microsoft Entra ID and broader Microsoft security capabilities.
  • Client Advisory: Partner with executive and technical stakeholders to identify valuable AI use cases, develop adoption roadmaps, and translate business priorities into practical AI architectures.
  • Workshops & Technical Leadership: Lead discovery workshops, architecture reviews, technical design sessions, and client presentations while mentoring both client and internal delivery teams.
  • Delivery & Optimization: Oversee solution build, testing, deployment, and post-production improvement, including performance tuning, prompt refinement, accuracy enhancement, grounding, and enterprise rollout support.
  • Requirements

    • Architecture Experience: 5+ years of experience in solution, platform, enterprise, or comparable architecture roles, ideally within consulting, systems integration, or professional services environments.
    • Copilot Studio Expertise: Proven hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
    • Azure AI Foundry: Practical experience with Azure AI Foundry, including model selection, evaluation, orchestration, and grounding.
    • Power Platform: Deep knowledge of Power Platform architecture and governance, with experience across relevant Microsoft services and enterprise environments.
    • AI & LLM Knowledge: Strong understanding of conversational AI, large language models, prompt engineering, responsible AI, model evaluation, and risk mitigation.
    • Integration Skills: Experience connecting enterprise systems through APIs, connectors, and hybrid cloud architectures.
    • Microsoft Ecosystem: Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Dataverse, identity, authentication, authorization, and enterprise security concepts.
    • OpenAI & Azure OpenAI: Experience working with OpenAI models or APIs and/or Azure OpenAI Service is highly valuable.
    • Enterprise AI Delivery: Background implementing enterprise chatbots, AI platforms, or other production-grade AI solutions is a strong advantage.
    • Consulting & Communication: Excellent client-facing, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
    • Certifications: Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Solution Architect, Azure Architect, or AI Engineer are advantageous.
    • Mindset: Strategic, hands-on, collaborative, and comfortable taking ownership of complex technical challenges while guiding others toward successful outcomes.
