Position Purpose

Develops and implements marketing strategies to increase census and improve Company brand and reputation in the community.

Essential Job Functions – Principal Accountabilities

• Perform market analysis to identify target markets and potential client sources.
• Develop marketing strategy to increase market share, grow census, and enhance Company brand and reputation.
• Develop and maintain relationships within the community to obtain client referrals. Conduct onsite visits and presentations as appropriate.
• Understand the organization’s capabilities and limitations to appropriately focus marketing efforts.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics to assess the success of the marketing program. Report performance results to the Executive Director, and Corporate executives as requested.

• Knowledge of all confidentiality requirements regarding medical clients and strict maintenance of proper confidentiality on all such information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Ability to work independently. Must project a professional presence and appearance.
