Copywriter
📍Hybrid, Lagos

Requirements
●Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related discipline.
●3–5 years of professional copywriting experience, ideally within fintech, banking, e-commerce, or any digital first business.
●Exceptional written English with excellent editing, proofreading, and copywriting skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas through clear, compelling messaging.
●Strong understanding of Nigerian culture, consumer behavior, and local communication styles.
●Professional proficiency in English and Yoruba, with the ability to create original marketing copy in both languages, not simply translate content.
●Experience writing persuasive copy across a range of formats.
●A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and measurable business impact.
●Ability to simplify technical or financial concepts into content that is clear, engaging, and trustworthy.
●Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, Marketing, CRM, and Customer Support with the ability to incorporate feedback quickly and effectively.
●Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
