Core Java developer - Banking

Summary

Build and maintain secure, scalable banking microservices in Core Java and Spring Boot, integrating Kafka-driven event streams and containerized deployments.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Core Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot within a microservices architecture. Build and integrate RESTful APIs and event-driven services utilizing Kafka to support high-volume banking transactions and systems. Develop, deploy, and manage microservices in containerized environments with Docker and Kubernetes. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure and high-performance solutions that meet banking requirements. Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, performance optimization, and adherence to enterprise development standards.

Skills Required

Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot for enterprise application development. Solid experience in microservices architecture, REST API development, and distributed systems. Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for event streaming and message-driven architecture. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration of microservices. Mandatory banking or financial services domain experience, preferably in payments, onboarding, or transaction systems.
