Core Operations Engineer Intern
You will complete challenging Core Operations projects and help manage, maintain, deploy, and enhance an electronic trading system. You will work on external trading connections, counterparty support, risk management, and system triage and optimization in a Linux environment.
Responsibilities
- Complete Core Operations projects
- Manage the deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of electronic trading systems
- Support external trading connections, counterparty support, and risk management
- Perform system triage and optimization
Requirements
- Be a rising junior or be ready for full-time employment between December 2027 and June 2028
- Demonstrate excellent working knowledge of Linux environments
- Be competent in at least one programming language, preferably Python, Bash, Perl, or Go
- Work effectively under pressure in time-sensitive environments
- Show interest in high-transaction environments or low-latency systems
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Maintain a strong academic record
- Show interest in innovative technologies
