Core PHP Developer (POC Must + Night Shifts)

Job Title: Full Stack Developer with Web & Graphic Design Skills
Shift: Night shift only

About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with practical experience in website development, frontend and backend programming, and graphic design using Adobe Photoshop.

The role involves creating websites, landing pages, web applications, and visual assets, along with completing multiple proof-of-concept (POC) assignments within agreed deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive websites, landing pages, and web applications.
• Create website layouts and convert approved designs into functional pages.
• Design and edit banners, website images, social media creatives, and other digital assets using Adobe Photoshop.
• Perform image resizing, cropping, retouching, background removal, and optimization for web use.
• Maintain consistent branding, typography, colors, and visual quality across designs and websites.
• Build backend functionality, APIs, database integrations, and admin dashboards.
• Implement forms, authentication, role-based access, and third-party integrations.
• Handle bulk landing page, design, and POC requirements within specified deadlines.
• Test websites across browsers and devices, troubleshoot issues, and improve loading speed.
• Deploy websites and applications and resolve hosting-related issues.
• Communicate progress, flag blockers early, and suggest practical improvements.

Required Technical Skills

Website and Frontend Development

• Good working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with React.js or a comparable frontend framework.
• Ability to build responsive, mobile-friendly websites from design files or references.
• Understanding of form validation, browser compatibility, and reusable components.
• Familiarity with Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or similar styling tools.

Graphic Design and Adobe Photoshop

• Practical knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for creating and editing digital assets.
• Ability to design website banners, landing page graphics, and promotional creatives.
• Experience working with layers, masks, selections, typography, and image adjustments.
• Understanding of layout, spacing, visual hierarchy, color combinations, and brand consistency.
• Ability to export images in suitable formats and dimensions while balancing clarity and file size.

Backend Development

Hands-on experience with at least one of the following:

• Node.js with Express.js.
• Core PHP or PHP frameworks such as Laravel.
• A comparable backend technology.

Databases and API Integrations

• Experience with one or more databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase.
• Ability to structure data, write queries, and implement validation.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party API integrations.
• Experience with authentication, session management, and role-based access.

Development Tools and Deployment

• Familiarity with Git/GitHub or similar version control tools.
• Basic understanding of hosting, domain configuration, SSL, and website deployment.
• Ability to troubleshoot frontend, backend, and hosting issues.
• Understanding of secure coding practices and website performance optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WordPress, theme customization, and page builders.
• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design tools.
• Experience creating admin dashboards and web-based control panels.
• Experience handling bulk landing pages and design variations using reusable templates.
• Knowledge of lead capture forms, email integrations, and CRM integrations.
• Familiarity with cPanel or similar hosting environments.
• Understanding of accessibility and basic technical SEO.
• Ability to recommend suitable technical and design solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Design, or a related field.
• Candidates from other academic backgrounds will also be considered based on relevant skills and practical experience.
• A portfolio demonstrating website development and Photoshop/design work is preferred.

Work Expectations

• Availability for the designated night shift is mandatory.
• Ability to manage multiple development and design assignments.
• Complete POCs and bulk requirements within agreed deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and ownership of deliverables.
