A technical master! Someone who is a SQL Server (2016+) subject matter expert and loves to share their expertise as well as experience with ETL/ELT development, data warehousing and modeling, performance tuning, and reporting architecture.
Not afraid to take it all on! Experience with Azure data services including Azure Data Factory, Data Lake/Lakehouse architectures, and platforms like Microsoft Fabric or Snowflake.

This is a great opportunity to really have an impact on an organization and in an established Data and Analytics Team for a well-respected, established credit union in San Diego County known for its community and member centered focus.
Here is what we are looking for:
A minimum of 8 years of experience designing and supporting enterprise database and analytics environments.
Expert knowledge in Microsoft’s technical stack including SQL Server (2016+), SSIS/ADF, SSRS, and Power Platform including Power BI
Extensive experience with ETL/ELT development using SSIS and/or Azure Data Factory. Applied experience with Azure data services, including Azure Data Factory, Data Lake/Lakehouse architectures, and platforms like Microsoft Fabric or Snowflake.
Strong knowledge of data warehousing principles, performance tuning, data modeling, and reporting architectures
Self-motivated with the ability to set and manage priorities judiciously
Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Prior experience in an Agile environment is preferred, but not required

Base Pay/Salary: *$120,000 - $150,000 per year
Schedule: Hybrid with 2-3 days in our San Diego Headquarters. Remote may be considered for out of state applicants.
*Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
